So I wake up at 5.30 in the morning.

I decided to wake up early today to have a nice breakfast. I am feeling great and ready for today!

Waking up early is a good thing to try out. Although people like me should have a plan to help stick with this early morning routine. I list mine below to help people like me to kick start.

1. Plan the night before and make a commitment to yourself that you will wake up early in the following morning.

2. Sleep early the night before. It’s crucial!

3. Set realistic goals! My goal is to wake up at 5.30 am every Wednesday & Thursday. I would start waking up early everyday. Because I know it will not work for me. Allowing enough time for transformation is crucial as well!

So these are the three steps that I am going to follow in July. I hope my plan can help you too!
